Melanie was born on March 9, 1959 in Watertown, South Dakota where she grew up with her mother, Betty Elpers; father, Harold Adolphsen; sisters. Colleen Lambercht and Jodi Gebhardt as well as her brother, Micheal Adolphsen.
She graduated from Burnsville High School in 1977, and later in life owned Melanie’s Preschool, as well as also being actively involved in her children’s extracurricular activities.
Melanie is preceded in death by her father, Harold Adolphsen and brother, Micheal Adolphsen and survived by her 3 children and 10 grandchildren.
A visitation for Melanie will be held Friday, April 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Committal Services to follow at 12:00 PM at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary.
