55 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on December 20, 2012. Passed away peacefully at his residence in Phoenix, Arizona. Survived by daughters, Andrea Alvillar-Royal, Christina Garcia, son Adam Forner, siblings Christy, Licha, Gloria, Bertha , Jr., Manny, Danny, Sammy and Pete. He will be deeply missed by family, friends and Fry's Food & Drug. Visitation will be held at 9:00 AM on, Thursday, December 27,2012 at Funeraria Del Angel-Greer Wilson on 5921 W. Thomas Rd.
