Michael "Angel" Molina,27,was born February 3,1991 and went to heaven November 16, 2018. He is survived by his father, Oscar Molina and step-mother, Kathy Molina, mother Andrea Castillo; brothers Sergio (Danielle) and Lino, sisters Karicia and Reyna, Liberty and Eve; godson Emiliano; grand-parents Esperanza and Ramon Molina; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Not to forget his countless friends Angel has made along the way.
Angel attended Granada Primary and promoted from Granada East in the 8th grade. He then went on
to Alhambra High School and Franklin School for firefighting skills. After high school, he attended AAI where he graduated and received his degree in Automotive Repair. Angel was a very hard worker, starting at Food City, Fry's and most recently Holsum Bakery. As a little boy he loved to be with his family going to family gatherings and parties, movies, camping and family vacations. Angel loved being active playing basketball, being outdoors, swimming, going to the lake, salt river tubing and was a fan of Rocky Point.
Loving music, he went to his first rock show Metallica Death Magnetic tour, but also loved Mexican music. He and his sister Karicia saw Banda M S & Los Alegres del Barranco. He also went to see comedian Felipe Esparza and laughed so much. Angel loved getting into character whether it was for Halloween or dressing up disco for the Studio 54 party. But that was Angel, his love for life had no boundaries, no room for any negativity and he rose to every occasion with so much positive energy that if you were around him you know what we are talking about.
A very honorable and respectable young man, always took the time to stop and greet everyone individually with genuine interest and asked how they were. With his godparents, Jaime and Veronica Carreon, he completed his sacraments at Saints Simon & Jude Cathedral and loved the Lord. We can go on and on about the awesomeness of Angel. He had a way of captivating the attention of anyone with his heart of gold his radiant smile and his unique and contagious laughter. Never selfish and willing to help no matter what, he always answered, "I got you!"
We will never let go of your memory Angel and hold you even closer to our hearts until we meet again. Fly high in heaven with your angel wings that you effortlessly earned while here on earth. May we all honor you by living your example you left for us to carry on. Angel, our angel, you truly are an angel. Sleep peacefully in the arms of Jesus our Lord and Savoir, Amen.
P.S. We will miss you. "Pops"
