Misty Dawn Duzan

Misty Dawn Kirk­patrick Duzan, born October, 24, 1973, left this world on Monday, February 15, 2021 at 5:20 A.M. in Phoenix, Arizona. Misty was a loving wife, and moth­er. Her family meant everything to her.

She was preceded in death by her father Mi­chael Kirkpatrick, and a brother Michael Kirk­patrick. She is survived by her husband, Cory Duzan, her sons Zach­ary Duzan and Zane Duzan, all of Phoenix, Arizona; her loving parents Wendy Moffitt and James Moffitt; her sister Amy Kirkpatrick Chapin; a step-sister, Kristy Moffitt Houk, all of Idaho; a broth­er, Aaron Kirkpatrick of Washington; and a step-sister, Dawn Moffitt Gatlin of Nevada.

A celebration of life will be scheduled by the family at a later date.
