

Mona Jean Ramirez, was born on October 23, 1956 in Kansas City, MO to Orville Repper and Dorothy Devereaux Repper of Raytown Missouri. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by family in Phoenix, AZ on July 26th, 2026 at the age of 69.
Mona was raised in a loving family with her three siblings Ronald “Ron”, Patricia “Patty”, and Richard “Rick” Repper. She is survived by her three children: Kristina (James), Gabriel, and Sterling (Jeorgina) Ramirez; three grandchildren: Kailin Reyes, Olivia and Jasper Ramirez; and one great granddaughter, Kalaya Reyes.
Mona was a daycare director who later transitioned into a full-time homemaker. She is remembered as having a kind and adventurous spirit, with a love of traveling, especially to the beach. She had fervor for God and joined many congregations pursuing fellowship and community. Mona was creative and would experiment in her home kitchen making donuts, multicultural dishes and enjoyed sharing her masterpieces with others. She was also an avid dog and cat lover who rescued and rehomed countless animals.
Mona settled in El Paso, Texas where she lived the majority of her life raising her children. She had many dear neighbors and friends that enriched her life throughout her time there.
In 2025, Mona relocated to Phoenix, AZ to spend quality time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed catching up with old friends, spending holidays with family, and re-exploring locations in Arizona she was fond of such as Flagstaff and Sedona.
May her memory bring a pleasant smile, a memory of her laughs, and joy to everyone she knew.
