A visitation for the family will be held on Monday, September 16 from 4-7 PM at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary's Serenity Chapel, 719 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix.
Funeral mass is on Wednesday, September 18 at 10 AM at St. Catherine's Catholic Church, 6200 S. Central Ave., Phoenix.
Interment will follow at 11:45 AM at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 W. Van Buren, Phoenix.
