Nadine Ruth (Hubbell) Smith was born March 27, 1922 in Stockton, KS to Nina May (Verley) and William “Frank” Hubbell. When she was a baby the family moved to Denver, CO where she attended school. Nadine was a fabulous cook and worked in the restaurant business for most of her life. She was especially proficient at developing new and varied recipes which she loved to share with family and friends.
Later in life before she retired, she became a full-time caregiver for homebound seniors. She had a special place in her heart for the elderly and was much loved by her clients.
She leaves behind her children; Sharon Parks, Karen Steinberger, Phyllis Gonzales, Jerry Turner, Frank Smith, George Smith and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her eldest son Bobby Sullivan, mother Nina M Gray, sister Verla Crichton, brothers Curtis Gray and Jack Gray.
