Dear Heimlich family, 
Norbert was a dear old friend who was a best man in my wedding. We hadn't seen much of Norbertn over the years, but he was on our minds. A few months ago I had the opportunity to spend a Sunday with him and I am so thankful to have had that day with Norbert. He will be missed.

Errol, I was saddened to hear of your brother's sudden and unexpected home going, and yet rejoicing that he is with Jesus.  Thinking and praying for you, as are all your other brothers and sisters in Christ.

Your family is in our thoughts and prayers!  Please know that memories last forever!

Our Dear Father, Please lavish Your great love, comfort and grace upon all those who mourn the loss of our dear brother, Norbert. Please pour out Your peace beyond all comprehension over his family and loved ones and sit with them on their mourning bench.  I thank You that You have comforted Your people and are always near to the brokenhearted, even now.  Thank You for sharing Nob with us; Your sweet spirit shined so beautifully through this dear Brother.  Thank You for the warmth in his smile and the example of a gentle man of God that he was.  We rejoice even in our sadness that he is with you, Jesus.  We long for the day of Your coming and for that great day of reunion.

You are good, Father, and we trust in Your goodness.  Some things we will never understand this side of Heaven, so we entrust the questions to you.

I've known you and Nob from Freeway Baptist Church youth group days.  In 30 years, I have never forgotten Nob's sweetness and kindness to me.  I remember really enjoying getting him to laugh, which was easy.  I wish you always the the best of our Lord Jesus.  I know He will be right near you during this time of grief and loss:  He is very near the brokenhearted.

Rudy ,Martha, and Errol. Norbert has been a close friend for many years,
 we grew up together since childhood in New Jersey, and into Arizona. I have alot of good memories of our times together.

Heimlich family, may god comfort you and bless you in your time of sorrow, the real peace is to know that Nob, who knew Jesus Christ as his saviour and lord, is celebrating in the kingdom of god looking upon us asking us not to cry for him. Dear Uncle Rudy, Aunt Martha, Errol and family . . . We are so saddened to hear about Norbert's passing away this week.  Even though I never saw him again when your family moved to Arizona, I thought of him and you quite often.  I had the great fortune to run into Norbert on Facebook several years ago and we were able to keep in touch that way.  I feel so blessed to have found him again.  He was such a kind, loving soul.  I am so sorry for you all . . . and also for myself that he is now gone. However, I know I will see him again as he is now in the loving embrace of Jesus, and his extended family that preceeded him.

Our deepest condolences to the family and friends of our dear friend Norbert. We miss him so much and are now left with great warm memories of his calm and sweet spirit.  We pray that the Lord will comfort and give the Heimlich family strength during this very difficult time.  May the thought that Nob is now rejoicing with his Savior Jesus give you peace.
