Norma L. Schenfeld, 78, passed away Sunday, April 13, at Banner Heart Hospital. Norma was born September 14, 1935 in Jerseyville, Illinois to David & Myrtleine Tomlinson. She graduated from Yokum High School, Yokum, Texas in1952.
She is preceded in death by her brother, David R. Tomlinson and nephews David R. Long and Darby R. Long.
Norma retired from First Interstate Bank in 1999. She was active in the Women's Organization of retired employees.
Norma was married to Mike Schenfeld from January 21, 1962 till his death October 27, 2000. They are survived by two children, Roxanne (Ira) Godsey and Michelle Schenfeld. Also surviving are five grandchildren: Sara, Linda, Brandy, Megan, Alicia and 7 great-grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law Carolyn and John Izard, brother and sister-in-law Mike and Vicki Tomlinson, and sister Debbie Boone.
Services are being held at 11:00 AM, Saturday April 19, 2014 at A. L. Moore-Grimshaw, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd., Phx, AZ. In lieu of flowers please donate to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St, Phx, AZ.
