

A devoted Catholic, Olivia with excitement and hopefulness, left her family farm in Minnesota as a young lady with one suitcase in hand, moving to Arizona with her dear and lifelong friend Dorothy.
It is in Arizona that she worked at Greyhound as a secretary, where she met her husband Edward Fawcett. Soon after, they started their family and she became a homemaker devoted to raising her children and taking care of their household, which she loved.
Olivia is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Fawcett, parents, Christian Braun and Susie Pung, and 11 brothers and sisters. Edith Braun, Aurelia (John) Bierschbach, Norbert (Ruth) Braun, Mildred (Chuck) Wazlawik, Thecla (Eric) Narcisse, Hilda (Othmar) Fuchs, Henry (Doris) Braun, Wilfred (Joanne) Braun, Leander (Dolores) Braun, Gerald Braun, and Infant sister Marcella.
She is survived by her children, who were so very special to her, Mary Susan (Susie) Stapley (Keith), John (Johnny) Fawcett and Gerald (Gerry) Fawcett (Kelli).
She adored and was delighted by her grandchildren Brody Stapley, Simone Stapley (Ben), Brandi Sloan (Shawn), Riley Fawcett (Luke) and Emily Fawcett (Josh) as well as her great grandchildren William and Stanley Sloan.
Olivia was a strong, brave, and fiercely independent woman who gave of her time as a volunteer, loved her second home in Pinetop and walks around Woodland Lake, and was a long-time Diamondbacks and Suns fan. Playing dominos and card games with family and friends were always a joy for her.
Her quiet and comforting demeanor, her kindness toward and acceptance of everyone she met, her warm smile, her wittiness and her love and devotion to her family will be treasured forever.
You will be forever in our hearts, we love you so much, Olivia.
