Patricia "Patti" Mills Bradshaw

Patricia "Patti" Mills Bradshaw 77 of Phoenix passed away on August 24th after a heroic battle with Dementia. She leaves behind her husband of 32 years Paul Bradshaw, her three children and spouses Jeff (Lisa), Jon (Mary Ann) and Jenney (Kevin), Paul's children and spouses Mark (Barbara) Laurie (Desiree) and Paula (Mark), along with many loving and adored grandchildren.

Patti was born in Boston, Massachusetts on September 19, 1940 to the late Harvey and Barbara Mills. She is also preceded by her younger brother Richard "Dick" Mills.

Patti was raised in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston before her parents settled in Weymouth where she attended grade school and high school. Patti graduated from Weymouth High in 1958. She then attended The Chandler School for Women in Boston graduating in 1960. Patti had many cousins that she was close with. She was especially close with cousins Barbara "Groves" Johns and Bob Groves for her entire life. Patti was never shy or at a loss for words. She was quick to make friends due to her infectious personality. Several childhood friends and her many long time Arizona friends were a big part of her life. Patti and Russ King married in 1963. In 1975 they moved their family west to Phoenix. A few years later, Patti entered the work force as a single mother. She became a successful salesperson before finding her entrepreneurial spirit and running two small businesses while balancing motherhood.

In 1986 Patti and Paul were married. They maintained a busy social calendar with their many friends. They enjoyed spending time with and vacationing with family, traveling and attending the events of their local grandchildren. Patti was a wonderful mother, grandmother and wife. She always handled whatever life threw at her with bravery, dignity and grace. She will be dearly missed by many.

A service will be held at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church located at 11300 North 64th St., Scottsdale on August 31st at 11:00 am followed by a reception at The Orange Tree Golf Resort.
