Patricia Ann Engelbert

She married Robert Alexander Engelbert on August 15, 1950. Their marriage lasted for nearly 45 years, until his passing, on July 21, 1994. She is also preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers and a sister. Her mother passed away at an early age, a significant event that heightened Patricia’s appreciation of family.

Although, she worked outside the home at different times in her life, Patricia was first a homemaker, keeping her husband and family as a priority in her daily life. As Patricia’s family grew, she enjoyed keeping track of all the events in her niece’s, nephew’s and grandchildren’s lives, as well as sharing about it with others. She will be remembered as a gracious person who showed great concern for others, especially her family. She counted family and her faith as two of the greatest blessings in her life.

Patricia is survived by her six children, Sharon (Rick) Young, Carol Maroni, Robert (Laura) Engelbert, Jr., Charles Engelbert, William Engelbert, and David (Susan) Engelbert; 9 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, 11:00 a.m., at St. Paul Roman Catholic Parish, 330 W Coral Gables Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85023. Committal Services following, 12:30 p.m., at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
