

Patricia Ann Fawcett, 71, passed away September 19, 2014, in Phoenix, Arizona. Pat was born in Lansing, Michigan on July 20, 1943. In 1953, she moved to Arizona. She graduated from North High School in Phoenix and in 1964 married Dan Lee Fawcett. They were married for 23 years and had two children. In 1993, Pat married Richard King George and they were married for over 10 years. They enjoyed the outdoors: camping, fishing and riding horses. In 2006, Pat retired and moved to Show Low, Arizona. Her work experience included Mountain Bell, Thompson Industries and WinCup. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and was always in the stands cheering each one of them on at sporting events. Pat was a master at needlepoint, knitting and crossword puzzles. Pat is survived by her mother, Dorothy Skinner, of Prescott, Arizona; her brother, Jim Blatt, of Phoenix, Arizona; her daughter, Christine Button, of Mesa, Arizona; her son, Joseph Fawcett, of Phoenix, Arizona; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dan Fawcett; second husband, Richard George; and father, Don Blatt. A small memorial service will be announced at a later date.
