She graduated from Carl Hayden High School and retired from the State of Arizona after working more than 30 years with Child Protective Services. Pat is survived by her nephew, Michael Undiano; brothers James Undiano and Richard Rich; and her dog Tiny who she adored. She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Carmen and Bob Undiano and her brother, Albert Undiano.
Services will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Advantage Maryvale Funeral Home, 6901 W. Indian School, Phoenix. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 10045 W. Thomas Rd, Avondale.
