

Age 45, died unexpectedly on 17 May 2013 in Mesa, AZ. He was born in Waseca, MN on 4 June 1967 to David A. and Vicki J. (nee Bach) Dressel. Paul is survived by his fiancée Donna Wagoner, father David A. Dressel, mother Victoria J. Okpara (husband Okorie), step-mother Lettie L. Dressel, two sisters April D. Leung (husband Bo, their sons Philip and Timothy) and Susan M. Borgstrom, step-sister Sally Hilton Wibirt, two step-brothers Charles M. Hilton(wife Joelyn) and Thomas R. Hilton (wife Jom, their children Sierra and Vincent), aunts Christine M. Parker (husband Roy, their children Samantha and Cynthia), aunt Jeanette W. Bach (her sons David, Daniel and Darin), and his beloved dogs – Wilhelmina, Haley and Milo. He was preceded in death by his uncle Jon M. Bach, his grandparents Norman G. and Garnette M. Bach, and August C. and May M. Dressel, and his dog Toker. He will be greatly missed by his extended family: Joyce, Kathy, Mark, Vonda and Zach Canaan, and numerous friends from CVS/Caremark and his hockey team mates. Paul graduated from Mesa’s Westwood High (’85) and from ASU, Tempe Campus. He was employed by CVS/Caremark. Paul’s passion was hockey and he played on a number of teams over the years, most recently the Punishers and Evil Monkey. He also coached youth hockey. Paul loved hiking and camping in search of wonderful waterfall photos, especially at Yosemite National Park in California.
Paul wished to be cremated and have his ashes spread in Yosemite National Park. Memorials (in lieu of flowers) may be donated in his name to Yosemite Conservancy at www.yosemite.org or to the animal rescue organization where he adopted his dogs, Lucky Dog at www.luckydogrescue.org.
