Paula Darlene Simmons was born in Oklahoma on February 2nd, 1950. She moved with her mother to Phoenix, Arizona as a teenager. There she would meet the love of her life, Thomas Uribe, with whom she built a beautiful family of seven daughters.
Paula was a strong and devoted Christian who taught all her daughters to love and follow the Lord. Her faith was the foundation of her life, and she lived it with grace, strength, and unwavering conviction. We take comfort in knowing she has gone home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her daughters Darla, Stephanie, Tammy, Lea, Maya, Laura, and Amy; 29 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren, as well as her brother Darrell, and nephew Ty. She will be dearly missed and forever loved.
