Philip Dean Barker was born on November 26, 1927 in Marfrance, W. Virginia to Ethel and Lon Barker and passed away in Scottsdale, Arizona on February 27, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife Alberta and their children. He has previously been in the U.S. Army and was a Millwrite for American Chain Company.
