Phyllis A. Dugan passed away peacefully in Phoenix, AZ on February 14, 2012. Phyllis was born October 29, 1939 in Tolleson, AZ to Silvia and William Thompson. She was a jewelry maker and treasured the time she could spend traveling with her cherished grandchildren. Phyllis is survived by her adored husband Leonard T. Dugan and devoted daughter and son Terrie Dugan and Patrick (Tiffany) Dugan; 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; brothers Larry (Karen) and William Thompson and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sons Jody and Mark and grandson Jason. Visitation will be Friday, February 17, 2012 at 9:00am at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary 200 W Beardsley Rd.
