She was born on June 17, 1943 in Indianapolis, Indiana to A. Theron and Lois Beach.
Phyllis loved to cook and sew and she loved animals. She loved to read and watch movies (the favorite ones over and over again). Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She began a family in Indiana and then moved to Arizona in 1970 with her 2 children. Her work career began at Mayflower in Indiana, then Mountain Bell in Casa Grande, Arizona Public Service in the Phoenix area, and after she retired from APS, she worked at John F. Long elementary (Phoenix) as a teacher aide.
Phyllis is survived by her sister Joanna Willeke (Florida/Arizona), her brother Norman Beach (Florida), daughter Sherri Jones (Michael), grandchildren: Deanna Acuna (Ysidro), Kristina Chrisman (Brandon), and Andrew Jones, as well as great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son Perry W. Renn and her parents.
