Phyllis Jeane Ross, 72, was born on April 20, 1941 to Doris and Felix Tuscher in Rapid City, SD and passed away in Scottsdale, AZ on December 7, 2013. She is one of four children. She was preceded in death by her parents and her stepfather, Arthur Gilbertson. She is survived by her children, Debora Ross and Carrie Ross of Phoenix, AZ, Sister Darlene Ramsey of Vancouver, WA, brothers Calvin Tuscher (Dorothy) of Kalispell, MT, Douglas Gilbertson (Pat) of Whitefish, MT and her ex-husband Dean Ross of Scottsdale, AZ. Phyllis loved sewing, cooking, devotional reading and board and card games. There will be a private family service at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 11001 N. 40th Street, Phoenix, AZ on Wednesday, Decemer 18, at 10:30 A.M. followed by burial at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, 23015 N.
