Rachel Mae Cooper, 96, went home to be with the Lord, August 30, 2016 where she will join her beloved husband; Milburn. Born in Tennessee, she moved to Phoenix in 1947. Rachel is survived by her two daughters, Margaret (Richard) Kerr and Aleta (Lloyd) Aycock, four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and relatives. She was a charter member of North Phoenix Baptist Church. Burial will be held Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona; services will be private.
