Richard Hadley Cochenour Jr.

Richard Hadley Cochenour, Jr, age 51 of Mesa, Arizona returned home to the loving arms of his Mother and Father on October 17, 2015. Richard was born October 17, 1964 in Mesa to Bobby Laree and Richard Hadley Cochenour, Sr. Richard grew up in Mesa and graduated from Westwood High School in 1983. His youth was spent usually at the lakes fishing with his family. Rich will be most remembered for his loving caring nature. He always had time for everybody. His interests and passions were fishing and playing softball. Rich touched the lives of everyone he met. He was a devoted father and cared deeply about his family, whether that family was his own family, his extended family or his scouting family which came later in his life. When he became Scout Master his devotion to the Boy Scouts became his passion. Rich is preceded in death by his parents Richard Hadley Cochenour Sr. and Bobby Laree James Cochenour. Rich is survived by his son Zackary Cochenour age 17 and daughter Valarie Cochenour age 6. Richard is also survived by siblings Trisha and Wayne Rogers, Roxana Ooten, Connie and Jeff Morris, Janna and Douglas Westbrook, Harriet Hamilton, Joan and Tony Webb and Rob and A'Lece Cochenour. We will miss his enthusiasm, his smile and his dedication. A visitation will be held on Saturday morning beginning at 9:30am to 10:45am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 1315 South 24th Street in Mesa Arizona.
