Richard A. DeBoer was born on January 6th, 1948 in Cleveland, Ohio. He was the youngest of four children born to John and Katherine DeBoer. He attended Arizona State University, was a member of the US Navy, and became a civil engineer. Richard died February 12th, 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona. Between 1948 and 2025, he enjoyed the passage of time with family and friends in Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada.
Richard was preceded in death by approximately 100 billion other humans and is survived by 8 billion more. The lack of adequately sized facilities prohibits a public service. In lieu of flowers, do something nice for yourself and/or kick a cat.
