“Rick” was born in Pennsylvania on August 12, 1966. He attended Hickory High School and the University of Pittsburgh. After graduation in 1988 he worked for the Mercer County Area Agency on Aging. In 1994 he re-located to Phoenix and worked for Alltel and then J.P Morgan Chase bank until December of 2022.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather Judith and Peter Yurchisin of Masury, Ohio and his father Richard L. Jackal of Mercer, Pennsylvania.
