Robert Edward Contreras III

It is with immeasurable sorrow that we announce the untimely passing of Robert Edward Contreras III, who tragically perished in a house fire on July 22, 2025, at the age of 29. Robert was a beloved son, devoted brother, and a loving father, whose vibrant spirit and warm heart touched all who knew him.

Born on April 16, 1996, Robert brought joy and laughter into the lives of his parents, Michelle and Robert Jr.

Robert's greatest pride and joy were his three sons, Tanner, Tyler, and Taylin. He was a dedicated and loving father, cherishing every moment spent together. His legacy will undoubtedly live on through them. We take comfort in knowing that Robert is now reunited in heaven with his beloved second son, Tyler, who passed away years ago.

Robert will be remembered for his infectious smile, his unwavering loyalty to his family and friends, and his generous spirit. He had a way of making everyone feel at ease and bringing light into every room he entered. His sudden departure leaves a void that can never be filled, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is survived by his heartbroken mother, Michelle Coon; his father, Robert Contreras Jr.; his sister, Noel Contreras; and his beloved sons, Tanner and Taylin Contreras. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will cherish his memory forever.

Though Robert’s life was cut tragically short, the love and memories he created will forever remain in our hearts. May he rest in peace.

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 9, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Greer-Wilson Chapel, located at 5921 West Thomas Rd, Phoenix, Arizona, 85033.
