He was an honorable Marine, who retired as a Gunnery Sergeant after serving 21 years in the United States Marine Corps.
Robert is survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The funeral will be a private ceremony with family members and close friends.
Services will be held at 9:30 am January 30th at The National Cemetery of Arizona, located 23029 N Cave Creek Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85024.
Please arrive promptly as the Military honors will begin at 9:30 am sharp.
