A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 10815 N. 35th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85029. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Phoenix Memorial Park, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
