She was born in Piqua, Ohio on July 16, 1939. Rosalie graduated from Piqua High School and received an Associate’s Degree from Miami-Jacobs Career College.
She married Rodney Shepard on November 25,1961 and was married for over 62 years.
Rosalie worked as an Administrative or Executive Assistant for Delco Products, Wright State University, Monarch Marketing, Hershey Medical Center, Beckett Paper and Miller Brewing Company.
She was a dedicated member of Faith Lutheran Church where she sang in the choir and volunteered. She was also a volunteer for Hospice and found meaning in helping others. In addition, she made both live and silk flower arrangements for friends and family having worked for a few flower shops. And she loved cats having had several over the years as pets.
She was preceded in death by her parents Owen and Susan Denman along with her brother Dale Denman.
She is survived by her husband Rodney Shepard and her children Dan Shepard (Ruby Shepard) and Kelli Shepard (Amy Alexander) as well as her grandchildren Ashley Lewiecki (Adam Lewiecki) and Blaze Shepard (Sean Jorgenson) and a great grandchild Caroline Lewiecki.
