Rose Mary O’Neil born to Rosie and Joseph Vargo on February 4, 1920 in Windber, Pennsylvania passed away on March 13, 2015. She was a resident of Phoenix, AZ for more than 40 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, one brother, husband Hugo O’Neil, son Jack O’Neil, two Daughters Sharon Wright, Marguerith Owens and a Grandson James Frank. She is survived by a son Robert O’Neil and wife, daughter Peggy Frank, several nephews and nieces. Grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was a loving and very giving mother and grandmother. You will be in our hearts and thoughts forever. We love and will miss you Mom and Grandma. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 19, at 1:00pm followed by service at 2:00pm at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary 719 N. 27th Ave Phoenix, Az.
