

She was born on May 6, 1931, in Florence, Arizona. Rosemary was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Rosemary grew up in Florence, Arizona, eventually moving to Phoenix and began working as a secretary, such as The Arizona State Hospital and Phoenix Greyhound Park Racetrack and spent nearly 30 years working for IBEW Local 769. Rosemary enjoyed collecting antiques and also became a savvy and persistent businesswoman collecting real estate over the years and would not take “no” for an answer…ever. She spent most of her days working, sometimes 2 jobs at a time to support her family. She was a loyal and devoted daughter, mother, sister and friend; giving of herself to care for and help others in need.
Rosemary is survived by daughters Debra Dillon (John), Kelli Steffes (Jim) and Rosemary Stewart; Grandchildren Sydney Dombrowski (Matt), John Dillon (Tracy Dillon), Harrison Steffes (Jenni), Andrew Dillon; Great grandchildren Riley, Randi and Rory Dillon; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members and friends.
Rosemary is preceded in death by her mother Beatrice Espinoza, father Antonio Chavez, brothers John, Edmundo, Jesus (Chapo), Raul, Joseph, and Louis Espinoza and Gene Corral; sisters Mary Rocha, Esther McNair and twins Celia and Delia Chavez.
Rosemary will be greatly missed, but knowing she is now happy in heaven with God and all those who have preceded her, brings comfort to all.
