

Roxanne Danette Livengood, 54 of Phoenix Arizona passed away peacefully in her sleep on Christmas day, December 25, 2024. She bravely battled multiple health conditions for several years until the Lord called her home.
Her loving parents Susan (Barnette) and David Livengood welcomed Roxanne into the world on October 1, 1970, in Phoenix Arizona. She attended Northwest Christian High School and Gateway Community College and became a Registered Nurse. Her career of 25 years took her from hospital nursing as floor & charge nurse in med-surg and cardiac care, and later as a travel nurse in Phoenix, Anchorage, Washington State and California. She was noted for her thorough and personable approach to her patients.
In her free time, Roxanne's interests were travel and love of cooking for family friends. She prided herself on gourmet food and could identify every ingredient in a dish just by tasting it. She followed politics closely and was well versed in candidates, issues, local and world events. Of utmost importance to Roxanne was her relationship with the Lord. She actively provided online ministry services to others with spiritual & emotional needs. Her family was of great importance to her and was frequently reminiscing about good, memorable times with the family. She loved her pets, especially her dog Chloe.
Roxanne's mother, Susan preceded her in death in 2016. She is survived by her father David (Shelly) Livengood,brother Damian (Starla) Livengood, sisters Kristina (Keith)Swett and Rachel (Artem)Sarrol. Also left to mourn are her nieces and nephews Amaria, Kyiera, Jacob and Jade. She had several aunts, uncles and cousins she held dearly in her heart and loved as well.
Please join us in celebrating her life Friday, January 10, 2025 at 10 AM. Her services will be held at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary chapel, located at 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ. 85009. Her committal service will follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 W. Van Buren, Phoenix, AZ. 85009.
