Sandra C. Byars, 62 of Phoenix, passed away on January 22, 2016. Sandra was preceded in July of 2000 by her beloved husband and soul-mate, Wayne E. Byars. She is survived by her brother Richard Canniff of Phoenix, her sister Lea Renshaw of Pennsylvania and her beloved dog Willow. Sandra was a kind soul who had a great love for people and animals. She will be dearly missed.
