Scott Wayne Housley born March 20, 1975 to Gary and Betty (Sowden) Housley passed away on August 3, 2020. Graveside services will be at Noon on Saturday, August 29, 2020, in the Ottumwa Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will follow the graveside service at 125 W. Wapello Street in Agency, Iowa.
