Sharon Ann Lay, 72, of Phoenix, AZ passed away peacefully on January 1, 2017. She is survived by her husband Charles D. Lay of Phoenix, daughters Jennifer McGinnis of Phoenix and Amy MacLeod of Merrimac, MA; sons Dan MacLeod of Chandler, Brian MacLeod of Mansfield, MA, and Keith MacLeod of Maine. Sharon was the loving Memere of 10 grandchildren: Dustin, Kahley, Kristie, Daniel, Ben, Eric, Amy, Brandon, Shamus and Katelyn. Sharon was a devoted mother and wife, and a passionate beautiful person to all who knew her. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 6th at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E.
