Born on June 18, 1935, in Linton, Indiana, to Harold and Gladys Reynolds, Shirley lived a life that was beautifully defined by music and faith. From her early years in Indiana to her long life in Arizona, music was the most important thing to Shirley. She possessed a beautiful singing voice and shared her talent generously, singing all throughout her life. Above all, she loved God and Jesus, and her deep faith guided her every day. Her legacy lives on in the countless songs she shared and the love of God she planted in the hearts of the next generation.
Shirley is survived by her four children, her 12 grandchildren, and her 22 great-grandchildren, all of whom carry forward her love and melody.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Toney C Robinson, her parents, Harold and Gladys, and her three sisters, June Morris, Joan Pope Joy, and Janet Munding.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on October 24, 2026, from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Phoenix Christian Assembly, located at 2030 N 36th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008.
