He is survived by his beloved wife Beatrice and daughters Carrie Denise Gray (Josh), Carrie Lee Martinez (Orlando) and Roni Jean Mathew (Anthony) along with two grandchildren.
A service will be held at Phoenix Memorial Park Mortuary at 8:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 21, followed by a graveside service with Military Honors at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix at 9:30 A.M.
