On Saturday, October 30th, 2021, Stephen Lee Forman passed away at the age of 61. Steve was born on June 20, 1960 in New York. He wore many hats in his lifetime including radio announcer, weather observer, and restaurant owner. He had a passion for competition BBQ. He also had a heart for serving Christ and was involved in church. His children remember growing up very grounded in living a Godly life.
Steve is preceded in death by his father, Jack, and his mother, Sheila. He is survived by his wife, Karie, and his four children Rachel (Kyle) Jury, Rebecca (Jeremy) Bowman, Sarah (Clayton) Abell, and Disa Shore. He also leaves behind 5 grandchildren.
A small memorial ceremony will be held on Saturday, November 27th at Life Community Church at 10:00am.
