Tara Linn Plaziak passed away suddenly on January 24, 2014. Tara is survived by her father Michael and son Tyler, grandmother LaVern Plaziak and sister Shannon,along with extended family, Jayne, David, Linda, Mandi, and Brad and many friends that considered her a part of their family as well. She is also survived by Don Plaziak-cousin Kaylee, Dan & Cheryl Plaziak-cousins Mica(Tom), Carl, Karen, Andy, Jim Plaziak & Brian Gilbertson, Tim & Jill Plaziak-cousins David & Charlie, Greg & Kathy Kmetz-cousins John(Amy), Greg Jr., Jason(Dinah),Joan & Bob Harlan-cousins Tom, Melissa, Chuck & Lisa Plaziak-cousins Jacob, Jordan, Jayson.
Tara will be greatly missed by her entire family and friends.
