Thomas Daniel Foley passed away on April 3, 2017. Tom was born on May 28, 1962 in Greenock, Scotland on a United States Navy Base. He was the only child of Maurice Daniel Foley and Buddie Jean Merrill. At a young age Tom’s family moved from Scotland to the Virgin Islands and then on to Arizona where Tom was raised and met his wife Dawn Leslie Kessler. Tom was the proud father of two girls and one son and the proud grandfather of four grandchildren. Tom was also an avid outdoorsman that loved hunting and fishing. Tom is survived by his wife Dawn, his three children, Dana Roseann Rios, Holly Sunset Wagner and Thomas Daniel Foley II (T.J.), four grandchildren, Maddox Thomas Crocker, Thomas Daniel Foley III (Trey), Roman Efren Rios and Sophia Adeline Rios. We are deeply saddened as he left this earth far too soon and he will be greatly missed. Service will be held in the Mortuary Chapel at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary and Cemetery, 719 N. 27th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85009 on Sunday April 9, 2017 at noon.
