Thomas Charles Hobbs

In his passing, he is reunited with his parents, Lorraine and Charlie, his younger brother Jerry and other loved ones who preceded him. In his younger days Tom lived in California and enjoyed biking, diving (both sky & scuba), and piloting airplanes.

In his retirement he lived independently in the Phoenix area, driving his pickup-truck around, and striking up conversations and friendships with those who crossed his path.

Tom was a proud Veteran of the US Navy, who later worked as an airline and jump pilot, and as a tow and commercial truck driver.

He is survived by those he loved most, his brother Mike, his children, Heidi, Eric, Matthew, and Katie, and his grandchildren, Maple, Jorje Jr., Jacob, and Sierra. He will live on in those whose lives he touched, never to be forgotten.

A graveside service for Thomas will be held Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
