I worked with Troy at Cactus View years ago. He was a wonderful person. Always so patient with the children. And always ready to lend a hand to adults. I’m so sorry for your loss. Felise OBrien.

Many years ago you lived around the corner from me. My sons David and Andy played with Troy and Jose. I actually retired from Cactus View and when I came back a couple of times, I reintroduced myself to Troy. I'm so very sorry for your loss! You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Ruth Klein
