It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Vernon Thomas. He was called home to
glory on 09-16-2020, and leaves behind many family and friends to cherish his memory.
He is survived by his wife Doris, three daughters Trina (Joseph), Carol (Ronald Sr.), and Jeanett
Thomas, seven grandchildren, Jasmine, Kristan (Osa), Audie Jr. Ronald Jr. Charmaine
(Karlton), Caila and Autumn, and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents Herbert Sr. Louise P. Thomas. 4 sisters Louise Jackson,
Hedda Robertson, Cecil Tuckson, Alice Wright, 2 brothers Herbert Jr and Phillip Sr.
He was a tile setter by trade but recognized as a contractor by most. Service will be held
Wednesday September 23rd at Advantage Funeral Home 6901 Indian School Rd. Phoenix,
Arizona 85033. Visitation is from 10-11 a.m., services starting immediately thereafter.
