Violet Mae Rockwell, 83, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away June 24, 2015. She was born in Brady's Bend, PA, on March 4, 1932. Violet attended East High School. She was married to Jack Rockwell on September 6, 1953. Violet worked in retail/sales for Korrick's, Broadway and Wards. Family, friends, children, and pets loved her. She enjoyed musical entertainment shows. Her passion was being an excellent wife and homemaker. Violet is survived by her husband Jack Rockwell, siblings Jerry Simmons, Beverly Fisher, and Florence Chase and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of her life will be held Sunday, July 5, 2015, at 3pm at A.L. Moore-Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W Bethany Home Rd, Phx, AZ.
