To the family of Virginia (Mrs. Oliver to me).  I am so sorry for your loss and sorry I was not able to make it to her funeral.  We were on our way home from California. :(   Your mom was always very kind and loving to me.  She was always so pristene about herself.  She was a very pretty lady and after looking at the pictures,  I can say I thought she was georgous.  Loyal,  that was her, especially when it came to her late husband and to her children.  Even though it had been quite sometime since I had seen her,  there will be fond memories and she will be greatly missed.  I pray for the family that this time of sorrow will pass quickly. Virginia was my mother-in-law for over 44 years and I feel that we were very good friends and as close as we could get. She was a real mom and grandmother to my children.  Always caring and loving to everyone and enjoyed the love that she was given in return. Yes, we had some different opinions but that did not interfere in our relationship.  I love her and will miss her dearly.

Grandma, I can't imagine not coming to see you and your beautiful smile when we visit.  Yet, I am so blessed to have been able to spend so much time with you over the years.  I do wish we had more time together and miss you so much.  I have so many memories it is hard to just mention one to share. I do remember that no matter whether I was a child or an adult you were always happy and smiling and had such a loving joyful spirit.  I know we will see you again someday and get to see your beautiful smile.  Love Your Granddaughter Malissa

I think back to Summers My Brother and I spent with Gradnma and often wonder how she maintainted order at times having 2 boys My Brother and I 
and 2 Girls My Cousins under foot.
But She did and generaly without raising her voice.
I'll Miss You Grandma

I not only miss my Aunt Ginger but all the fun we had as kids getting together and playing as kids do.  My mom and Aunt Ginger were real sisters that cared for each other and enjoyed being together.  They were obviously brought up as a real family and enjoyed each other even though they were different in the lives they lived later. Ginger was a really beautiful person and loved everyone. Warren and I noticed that Grandma Ginger's smile in her pictures was the same smile we remembered. She was a beautiful person inside and out. I'm so glad to have known her.

I love you Grandma, and will cherish every moment we shared.  Your joy in life is something I can only hope to try to represent as your grandson.

Grandma Ginger was a beautiful gentle soul and I am so glad to have spent time with her over the past 26 years.

I always enjoyed Ginger whenever we got together. She was always pleasant and thoughtful. I enjoyed her company. My thoughts and prayers are for the family she left behind. Please remember all the good times!

ginger wasa part of the watson family for over forty years. we appriciated her kindness and good humor. always great looking hair & makeup.she had a great smile & always had kind words for everyone. great tips too. too bad we couldnt have more time with her. we were young wives - she was like a grandmother to me ( she wasnt old enough though).great chats!!! we had.

Mom was so much more than a Mother. She was a Teacher and a Friend. She taught me to appreciate art in all forms and to assert my artistic abilitys. She Taught me the independance of sewing my own cloths and make all kinds of things for my kids and when my own granddaughters came along I shared things Mom taught me with my granddaughters.She was a loving and loyal person.

I've posted a few old pictures of my mother that I thought everyone would enjoy.

I remember working with Aunt Ginger in the Smitty's Flower Shop in 1980. What a sweet, kind and gentle spirit. Couldn't ask for a sweeter Aunt. Though I'll miss her in this life, I know I'll see her again. Looking forward to that day.
