Virginia Marie Scarna

Virginia built her working life as a Real Estate Agent, approaching her responsibilities with steady dedication and a strong work ethic that earned the trust of those around her. Her commitment to doing things well was matched by a generous spirit and a quiet kindness that made others feel welcome and valued.

Virginia met her future husband Dan while he was making deliveries on his trucking route. They wed on Valentine’s Day and were married for 34 years, a partnership marked by devotion and shared purpose.

An adventurous spirit also shaped Virginia’s life, reflected in her enjoyment of cruising—time spent embracing new horizons and enjoying special monuments with the people she loved.

Virginia is survived by her sons, Thomas (Mary) Redmond and Darren (Jackie) Redmond, and her daughter, Patricia (Steve) Rizzo. She also leaves seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many good friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Danny.
