Waldemar Marian Jezuit, 64, from Peoria, AZ passed away unexpectedly on March 1st, 2021. He passed away peacefully after a short but strong fight against pneumonia. He is survived by his wife Ewa and two daughters Monika and Kasia. There will be a Rosary and Funeral Mass on March 8, 2021 at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish, 2828 W Country Gables Dr, Phoenix, AZ. Graveside Service will be held on March 8, 2021 at 12:00 pm at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ.
Waldemar was born in Bolkow, Poland in 1957 and later moved his family to the US in pursuit of the American dream. He and his wife shared 40 happy years together and he was a loving and devoted father to his daughters. He will be greatly missed and while gone will never be forgotten.
