Walter Webb Andrews, age 86, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away July 16, 2012 after living in the Phoenix area for the past 80 years. Walter was born in Phoenix, Arizona on January 20, 1926. He received his M.S. in Education from University of Southern California and B.S. from Arizona State University and was a devoted educator that touched many students and friends alike. Walter was preceded in death by his brother, Lloyd James Andrews and his sister, Margret Wilson. He is survived by his brother, William Stuart Andrews and nieces and nephews. A memorial service is to be held at 11:00 am, on Thursday, 7/26/2012 at All Saints' Episcopal Church, 6300 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85012. The family suggests, in lieu of flowers, contributions can be sent to All Saints' Episcopal Church.
