Wanda M Jones

Wanda Mae Jones died Tuesday morning, March 5, 2013, at Hospice of the Valley in Sun City, Arizona after a hospital stay of three weeks. Graveside services will be held Monday March 11 at Resthaven Park Cemetery in Glendale, Arizona.

Ms. Jones was born in Kansas City, Missouri, November 30, 1929 a daughter of the late James E. “Bud” and Adene (Thomas) Pauley. She married Lloyd W. Reynolds December 11, 1946 at Kansas City, Kansas and to them was born two children: Lloyd M. “Mike” Reynolds of Humansville, Missouri and Mrs. Sherry A. Harris of Glendale, Arizona. Wanda had been a resident of the Phoenix area for more than 50 years, most recently living with her daughter in Glendale. She is survived by her children, three grandchildren; Michael Reynolds of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, Christopher Dewey of Phoenix and Mrs. Kara Petersen of Phoenix, five great-grandchildren; TJ, Cal and Lola Reynolds of Basking Ridge, New Jersey and Colin and Kenneth Petersen of Phoenix, and two brothers and a sister; Kenneth J. Pauley of Independence, Missouri, Mrs. Wilma J. Murray of Lucerne Valley, California, and Jerry Pauley of Prescott, Arizona.

Ms. Jones suffered greatly in her declining years from neuropathy and most recently from dementia. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
