

Bill was born on January 16, 1933, in Snow, Oklahoma. On June 15, 1958, he married the love of his life, Margaret Rich Riley, and together they built a beautiful life centered around family, hard work, and love.
Bill proudly served in the United States Army for eight years during the Korean War. During his service, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal, and Korean Service Medal.
Following his military service, Bill became a successful businessman and owned multiple self-service car washes throughout the Valley in Arizona. He was known for his strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to providing for his family.
Bill had a deep love for country music, playing the guitar, trucks, and spending time with those he loved most. He will be remembered for his strength, loyalty, and the lasting impact he made on everyone around him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Margaret Riley; his children, Debra Sue (Chester), Tim Jay Riley, Brenda Ann (Davis), and Jennifer Jodi Riley; his seven grandchildren, Trevvor, Heather, Josh, Kenny, Treva, Jessica, and Jason; his siblings, Huey, Jerry, and Barbara Jean Downing; and his two great-grandchildren, Leilani and Kialani.
Bill was preceded in death by several beloved family members and leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and devotion to family that will never be forgotten.
