Wilma Romine Weedon

Born March 17, 1917 in McClainsbourgh, Illinois and moved to Phoenix in 1928. She graduated from Phoenix Union High School and lived in the valley the rest of her life. After retirement from the Arizona Highway Department, she enjoyed her family and friends, reading, playing bingo, crossword puzzles and mexican train. She was twice widowed by Paul Bradshaw and by Henry “Bud” Weedon.

She is survived by 5 children and 3 step-children, John Bradshaw , Kathryn Bradshaw, Hall Bradshaw and Cliff Morris, Paul Jr., (Patricia) Bradshaw, Judith (Arlen) Teeters, Marjorie (Don) McGrath, Carol (John) Banker, William “Bill” Weedon, sister-in-law, Dean Sutton, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; also many nieces and nephews. She will be missed and loved by all who knew her.

Visitation will be Thursday May 7, 2015 from 6-8 pm at A L Moore Grimshaw 710 W. Bethany Home Rd.

Funeral service also at A L Moore Grimshaw, Friday May 8, 2015 at 12:00 pm. Interment to follow at

Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 W. Van Buren Street Phoenix.
